Online Orders
Important information for customers: When placing your applied window film order online you will receive an email confirmation. This e-mail will contain important reference information. In order to help you receive quick answers to any questions you may have following your order, please retain this confirmation for your records and any future correspondence with ourselves.

If you have made your choice and would like to order your applied window film, but do not wish to use our online ordering facility, you can also place you order by post, fax or telephone. To ensure the fastest possible response to your order please include details of the product code, film colour, size and quantity when faxing your order or before calling our customer services team.

Payment
Please include payment with your order. We can accept Postal Orders, Cheques payable to Window Wallpaper or Debit and Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Delta).
Delivery
All PLAIN FROSTED FILM will be received within 1-2 working days. All PATTERNED frosted film will be received within 7-10 days. This is because the patterned film is bespoke made to your measurements. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Returns
Each Frosted Patterned Window Film Design is a bespoke made item, for any supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature i.e. a personal design, cannot be returned or refunded. If your order is damaged in anyway once you receive it, please email or phone us straight away and DO NOT attempt to fit, we will replace the damaged goods once they have been returned to us. (We are unable to replace damaged goods if you have tried to fit them). You can return 'Plain Frosted Film' within 14 days of delivery for a refund as this is not a bespoke made item. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY.
Please quote your order/invoice number with all returns so that we can identify where the returned item came from.
