We can accept Postal Orders, Cheques payable to Window Wallpaper or Debit and Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Delta) DeliveryAll PLAIN FROSTED FILM will be received within 1-2 working days. All PATTERNED frosted film will be received within 7-10 days. This is because the patterned film is bespoke made to your measurements. International orders are generally received in under 21 days. ReturnsAll of our applied window film products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. Just send the item back to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorisation. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. Please quote your order/invoice number with all returns so that we can identify where the returned item came from. |
